Do you mean, who made it? It seems obvious to what it is. You should show a picture of the "blue anchor mark" and someone might be able to tell you more.

20170828_191448.jpg Both really! it's not that obvious to me, what is it?

A porcelain piece depicting a rooster on a podium, singing from sheet music. Basically what you described it as in your other thread. Maybe a shot of the small square void on the other side will help. I guess it could be a planter or toothpick holder or just a plain decorative piece. Depends on size.

Its not a planter, the size of the void is only 2cm x 2cm and about 2cm deep.

    And it's only 3inches ( approx) tall

Yeah, going to need to see a picture of the void I think. The size throws my guesses out.

Looks deeper than 2cm. Back to toothpick holder.

Yeh I was probably a bit short on the measurement, very unlike me to underestimate the size of things

It is 5cm deep and 4cm x 4cm. Any ideas on the maker??

Ernst Bohne had a similar mark. No idea if its really that though.

I think that was one of the names I came across when I looked it up

From what I can see it's an anchor with a circle at the top and possibly a twisted line/ rope around it
