Frosted Glass Pitcher with tulips

    Any thoughts on the maker of this pitcher? 8 1/4" tall with pinched spout and "stuck" clear handle. Ground and polished pontil. Unsigned. It reminded me of Kosta Boda's Tulipa line, but I'm not turning up anything there.

    Kosta Boda came to my mind as well. Sorry I don't have any other ideas.
