    The gallery appears to be no longer in business. But this should help... In January 1958, Taipei telephone numbers went from 5 to 6 digits. In January 1975, they went from 6 to 7 digits. So that's your window. Given work + frame, I'd think 1970s very likely. Other than that, not sure how much else you'll be able to discover.

    Yes it does say muse,but I thought it was short for museum.
