    George VI really was a hunk, wasn't he? (LOL) He got made into nice jools too. What I want to know is who the Italian lady was.

    Found this yesterday. Does anyone know who's logo this is by any chance please? I can't figure it out & its driving me crazy lol first thought Qantas Airlines but doesn't match up to old pics. Also thought perhaps not a brand maybe just an 'Australia' souvenir. Curious to find out if anyone knows here that would be awesome :)

    Love your finds @Marko!

    I went to the Emmaus in the city yesterday to see if I could find any overlooked jewelry as usually their stuff is just in big piles. Unfortunately there wasn't anything interesting but I did pick up this little tourist bracelet. It has six panels depicting the coat of arms of local departments around Lyons, France. Its stamped on both ends with AA Lyons, but I can't find any real info about the company, I only found 2 bracelets that were similar but not exact. Its a bit of fun anyway, and will look quite nice once its had a clean!

    Few finds from last week. Not a religious person,but I do love religious items so this little gem had to come home with me. I swore the figure was some sort of plastic,but was surprised to find it is ceramic. The crown and scepter(?) were blacker than black,but polished up rather pretty .Im guessing they are silver but theres no marks.Love the enamel flowers. its 9x8 .

    @Ownedbybear
    The 500 Lire is silver and they were minted between 1958 and 1967.
    The date is raised edge lettering.

    Some of today's finds.

    Someone had already done some homework on this tankard, silver plated copper with a wooden base.

    I found this note inside.
