This vase is 6.25 inches high, about 4" at widest. It is hand painted, sagraffito faience. Looks old and is marked. I could not find the mark.

The "SACA" (Società Accomandita Ceramiche Artistiche) of Sesto Fiorentino, a suburb of Florence was founded in 1923 by four former employees of the Richard Ginori company. The company was highly successful but was forced to close its door in the early 1950’s. Your vase was probably made in the late 1930’s to early 1940’s.
The technique used to decorate the piece is known as Sgraffito (Scratch). The design was scratched into the surface before the final firing in the kiln.
