IMG_6626.JPG IMG_6611.JPG IMG_6614.JPG My 17 yr old son collects older Lionel trains, and loves all trains. So when I found this in a $3 bin at the collector's estate sale I went to, I snapped it up. Worth $3 for my son no matter what. Just thought it looked cool. Not silver, but no reaction to magnets, and a steam powered train, and that's about all I know. I wanted to see if I could find anything else out about it before I gave it to him. Looks like the train itself may be about 1890-1910, but not sure age of piece. Were these pretty common? Is it a pendant or made to go on something else? I've never run across one before, even at all the train shows we go to, so new territory for me.

What year train is it supposed to depict? He loves old Cracker Jack prizes, he's going to like it that much more. The result of dragging him to sales his whole life :)

I remember some cracker jacks prizes being metal,I think that must have been mid to late 60s.

Johnnycb09 He has several Cracker Jack toys, so he put it in his case with them. He wants me to make a chain and turn it into a cool bracelet or necklace he can display. Looks like Mama is getting her torch out soon lol.
