Small painting in Big frame of puppies signed Webber

I found this at a thrift store - the frame grabbed my eye & then the puppies sealed the deal! I googled Webber artist - and found out there a LOT of artists named Webber!
Can anyone pull a rabbit out of the hat & tell me which Webber is the artist of this painting?

I had a similar painting I wondered about for years, ornate frame, oil painting with rabbits. Same style as this oversized frame, small painting. Mine really caught my eye at first, kept it in storage for years thinking it could have some value, but later realized it was from China. Might have learned that here, can't recall.

 

There were a similar one here not long ago. Appealing subject. Attractive frame. Also likely to be a recent Chinese decorative import.

Well found Debora. Not too different than what I had, rabbits filled the frame more on mine, but similar frame, etc. Interesting these are coming out of China. I wonder where these are being sold??
