Any Frederick Cooper lamp experts out there?

Hello! Looking for some help today on a Frederick Cooper lamp I recently acquired. I have been collecting and reselling vintage lamps for about a year now and have some knowledge about FC lamps but this one is a little different from what I have seen in past....

This one seems to have quite a few manufacturer flaws (not age related flaws) including holes in ceramic, incomplete glaze finish and yellowed glaze finish — not the high quality I usually see on lamps by FC of a similar age.

Hand painted design is similar but not exact same to other vintage lamps by FC online.

Most surprising is that, under the glaze, there’s a hand print signature —- F. Cooper. I have never heard that FC signed his lamps.

Lamp did come with its original F. Cooper lampshade.

What do y’all think?

I grew up with a 1970's Frederick Cooper lamp set in my parents living room (we lived north of Chicago) and by chance I found an FC lamp just 4 months ago at my local thrift (now sold), I think I sold another one a few years ago as well. That's about as far as my knowledge goes.

Are you basing the identification on the fact that it is signed, "F. Cooper?" or is there some other kind of identifying label? (Often a gold rectangular sticker on the socket assembly.) I've never seen one signed "F. Cooper", but the company made LOTS of different styles, so could be something I haven't run across.
