    I would think Spanish Faux damascene. Think it’s later than Art Deco, maybe 40s/50s.

    4th pic, looks like some lettering there on the clasp.
    There may be a small safety chain missing, I can see an empty ring.

    Look at your 4th picture. There are letters on the tongue of the clasp.

    Toledoware for sure. Faux damescene. Faux mother of pearl. And, as Spain didn't have mass tourism until the 1960s, unlikely to be earlier.

    Maker doesn't really matter. It was sold at a souvenir shop and wasn't terribly expensive in its time.

    Toledo Ware, aka faux Damascene, 1960s with that MOP insert and also as @Debora says, because mass tourism didn't hit till the very early 60s. Although Brits went there earlier.
