Help with this green stone thing.

I know it's way too big to be jewelry but i had this posted on the antiques board with no guesses. it is about 2 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. framed in metal with different designs all around. and a frog in the middle. And of course this stone. total weight is 95 grams

No. It is a solid piece.

So, that's a solid stone piece that sits inside the metal "ring"? Hmmm... How curious!

Too weighty for a pendant?

 

Possibly a fob from a key chain?

 

Just noticed you posted this twice, so here it is again.

It is a Chinese Bi pendant or Bi-disc pendant. A Bi symbolizes heaven, the frog stands for fertility. The stone is green quartz. It is likely there was another symbol on the other side, probably a Chinese auspicious character.
