does anyone know/think these might be Fenton Ruby Red Ruffled Rib Optic 8" Vases

 

No, not Fenton.
Probably earlier.

See the polished pontil. Might even be English

 

so do you think they are worth buying ?they are at the thrift for 5 each (i like pairs lol) this one looks exactly like them , but prettier IMO

 

Are you buying them to sell or keep? To me a pair is great, and for $10.00 it seems like a good buy as long as there are no chips or damage on the ruffles. Not sure if they would be worth it though to sell on-line as the shipping would be high from Canada.

 

my best guess would be , I'm stock piling to open a store one day lol , i/we also have "kijiji" for fast flipping stuff (altho it's sometimes not so fast lol) the store opens up in one hour and they were still there at closing time last night , would hate to pass them up things don't hang around there very long so it's act now or cry later thing .

 

ya shipping costs , but i look at it like this ,if i want/need it ,shippings a lot cheaper than driving across the country to pick it up heehee

 

i believe it is , it is exactly the same as the one/s on ebay being sold as fenton.

 

Might be then - according to this site 99.99% of the time there will be no pontil mark

Me, I would buy them. This is the kind of thing I like. Don't necessarily sell quickly in the store as I would have a high price on them.
