    Hi, Lenny -

I haven't had a chance to check the knife yet, but the spoon is from WATSON Company of Attleboro, MA. (see:
    http://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_W2.html)

It's a STORK spoon, often used as a baby gift and/or for use in feeding that baby.

The bowls of these spoons were often engraved with baby details (name, birth date & the like.)

Sometimes, these same "blanks" also were used as souvenir spoons for locales where the bird on the handle might be native to the area. In this case, any engraving in the bowl likely would indicate the town/city/state and perhaps the year.

Okay. The knife appears to have a WEBSTER mark to the right of the word STERLING on the handle.) You'll find the WEBSTER mark on the same page as WATSON in the link I gave above.

This would most likely be a youth knife (which would have had a matching fork & spoon) in a smaller-than-adult size for use by a child.

Only the handle is sterling silver. The blade is not.

Thank you very much for the info.
Are they collectible? I have no clue when it comes to flatware.

Yes, Lenny, they are definitely collectible! Yours may be a bit more desirable because they don't have any personalization on them (i.e. names, monograms...)

The market is not as "hot" as it once was, but if you take a look at eBay or Etsy, you can see what folks are asking for them, as well as what actual sales prices have been of late.

Hmmm, and the child using the knife could be reciting/singing the following as he sat at the table:

"Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
How many pickled peppers did Peter Piper pick?" :shame:  ;)

The character featured on the knife is Peter Pan. That gives you an earliest date of 1902 but most likely 1911 or post when the novel "Peter and Wendy" was published.

Komo, it's always possible, but I don't think so.

I wish I could have found a photo of the entire "youth set" in this pattern. It's possible that each piece had Peter "doing something" different...

Since silver sets of this size are intended for kids, they often included things (illustrations, wording) that would keep those kids interested and/or amused.

The BABY size pieces in this pattern simply have PETER PAN on them:
