Small Glass Vase - Orrefors?

Hello everyone! I have a small signed vase that I can't quite figure out. It's about the size of a toothpick - about 2 5/8" tall. It is a high quality, thick glass. I thought maybe Orrefors. There is a signature on the bottom but it's coded. I think it's St. P. 3016.138. It's hand etched so I may not even be close. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Might the part you're reading as "St" actually say "Of"? I can't see that area clearly in your photo, but it does look like it might be.
Orrefors often showed Of instead of the full Orrefors name on small items like this one. (In addition, the "handwriting" on Orrefors signatures is often hellacious!)

 

Thanks so much SBSVC! It certainly could be "Of". Part of the first letter slipped off the side so I was pretty much guessing. And the etching (?) really does look like an Orrefors design. I imagine it's a souvenir someone brought back from their travels.

I do believe it's Orrefors.
Here's the sig from another of their tiny vases, showing the Of:

 

Those do look like the same letters, SBSVC. I'm sorry I couldn't get a better shot of the bottom of mine. The signatures always seem to show up in a place where I can't photo them! Or we could claim "operator error"...
