    Looking for information on this lovely little oil painting signed Mertens . Not sure what the frame is made of . But I know it’s old enough. Measures 11 x 14cm Frame , image is 8x6 cm cheers

    More often than not these are 20th century decorative paintings in bone frames. Would/could you post a photograph of the back?
