Vintage/Antique Plates

    Hello! I have a set of 6 of these plates which have been passed down through my family. The back has J E Caldwell & Co. Philadelphia. It also states Made in England with the numbers 1969 and a character that looks like a comma with a 0 above it.
    These were apparently made specifically for the J E Caldwell company, but I was wondering how to determine exactly who in England made them. Any ideas? I've been searching but haven't come up with anything so far.
    Also, do they have any value? They are all in good condition.
