    Happy Saturday.
I think I have the ID as a 150 year old badly struck mark For Mead & Robbins Silverplate.
Really don't find much on this company. Fork is a little over 6"
And Maggie etched in the front.

According to Rainwater (in her section about John O Mead) "the firm of Mead and Robbins was dissolved in 1870." What do you read the patent date as?

There is also a reference to the firm getting their blanks "in the metal" from Reed & Barton and then doing the plating themselves.

The classical soldier motif was popular around the time of the end of the 1860s and into the 1870s. Such patterns were often called names like Medallion.

The date i came up with was 1860 something. could most likely be 9. Both of those look like the same pattern, just different guys.

That's the point of a multi-motif. The basic shape is the same and the part that gives the design its names is what varies.
