How might this Intaligo engraved Gold Gilt be classified Suggestions please

    I found a beautiful 8" reverse engraved clear glass bowl with gold gilt applied in the cut design on the underside. The pond pattern with bird and dragonflies appears to be an aesthetic period design. I'm not familiar with the region or period this type of glass was produced, would this considered a Bohemian or Moser style or something else? Thanks in advance.
