Featured Painted Milk glass Brooch

    Hi,
    I have this little painted milk glass brooch and trying to determine who and when it was made. It is 1" x 1 1/4", has a C hook.
    Any information appreciated

    The backing is Victorian. China painting was a common hobby in the 1890s; this piece looks like an amateur decorator did the colorful deed, so there's no real way to know who it was unless she signed the back of the porcelain bit. I wouldn't take it out to check.

    The front isn't Victorian-era though. Definitely early 1900s. From exuberance of floral design, I would think Czech.
