Porcelain Shell Dishes Flower Pattern

    These are unmarked. They stand 1 1/4" tall and measure 4" x 2 1/8". Looks like a typical bone dish but with a shell base. Any idea on maker?

    They look like oyster shells,so the flowers are especially odd. Im thinking hobbyist.

    The flowers remind me of some of the designs done on German china from the late 1890s to Pre WWI.

    They are oyster dishes, for serving single oysters or individual portions of sauce for oysters.

    I agree with clutteredcloset , looks German, probably Dresden painted and blanks from Meissen or nearby.
