Found this Arthur Stone sterling spoon for a $1. at an estate sale late this morning. It measures 4" long and the bowl is 1-3/8" wide.
Is it a bonbon/nut spoon or what?
Also has a B mark, is that for Charles W. Brown?

Where is the B? In that dark "shield" shape after Sterling or elsewhere?

Rainwater lists 2 Bs - Brown from 1912-1937 and George Blanchard from 1906 - 1910. (There's actually a 3rd, but it looks like this - *B*. That would be William Blair.)

Yes the B is after the word sterling vertically.

I saw others similar size and same pattern but not scalloped listed as tea caddy spoons, so mine is a scalloped tea caddy spoon. Thank you Sandra and AJ!
