Featured Antique Plaster / Gesso Sculpture - Signed M. Secondo

I'm having some questions about this sculpture and it's artist.

Item: Sculpture.
Artist: M. Secondo.
Origin: Italian or Portugese?
Age: Late 19th/ Early 20th Century.
Signed: YES.
Material: Plaster.

Dimensions:
Length: 49 cm.
Width: 12 cm.
Height: 22 cm.

M. Secondo would be a known artist,
from late 19th/ early 20th century, till Art Deco period. (Bron:http://www.lorenzl.co.uk/sculptors/ )

Unfortunately I couldn't find much about him,
except for a few bronze sculptures, and....:

I can't even find which country the artist is from.
I assume he's Italian.

Your girl would be 1930s-40s, judging from her dress and hairstyle, and borzois (Russian wolfhounds) were all the rage.
She is lovely.
