Featured Zuni fetish? stone bear Artist mark help

I don't think he is very old but i kind of like him. he is 2 3/4" long.
has shell, feathers and stones I believe as an offering? i am sure someone will tell me more about him here.
There is an artist mark on the bottom i am also hoping to get an ID for. thanks all.

It looks like it could be the signature of Zuni carver Alex Tsethlikai, AT.



The decorations are called offerings, but traditional Zuni fetishes don't have them. Nowadays they are often seen as adornment, special attention for the fetish.
Most Zuni fetishes are made for non-Zuni. That doesn't mean they are not nice, I love them. But they have no ceremonal meaning, although the Zuni are respectful toward the animal spirit they represent.
Traditional Zuni fetishes are fed with cornmeal in special fetish jars. Cornmeal is sacred, represents life and creation, so that is the proper offering for a traditional fetish. They are fed through a hole in the side of the jar, reminiscent of the sipapu, the gateway from which the ancestors emerged from the underworld into this world.
