Hello. I have been selling vintage and antiques since 2001 online, collecting longer. I was very active on the old EBay vintage forums which were so awesome in the early 2000's. So much information and some great people. I left for some time when everything kind of imploded on EBay, encountered serious health issues and a divorce. I am sad to see the wealth of information has since been removed from the boards. I met some of my still best friends to this day there. One of which now has a highly successful brick and mortar here locally. Funny who you meet online :). I posted here last night with a piece of jewelry that I needed help with. I usually only have Signed pieces or pieces that I'm able to easily identify as don't collect anything else. But this was in a lot I purchased. I had posted on EBay beforehand, and since no answers, tried here. I only found it by Googling for help. I miss the forums and sharing information. I also enjoy helping in the areas that I do know well, unsigned costume jewelry not being one of them :) Also, I tried to post my photos forever and couldn't. Error message they were too big. So I got a free app to resize. The whole process took me forever, only to have the responses about the photos on my post. Can someone please help me so I can post them properly? I use my IPhone. So resizing has to be with an app unless there's a way you can help me with.

Hi Emaline, I upload my photos to picasa (available free download). You can edit your photos from there pretty straight forward. When ready you go to the menu top left, in the list will be save file to. I save mine to desktop. Any problems you can give me a message and I will help talk you through it. Ann .

Thank you everyone!! Of course nothing beats EBay still for things like selling cereal you bought at your grocery store for $90. The little unique niches still shock and delight me. I sold 3 boxes of Kellogg's Product 19 the past couple months, and am still getting emails asking if I have more. Those 3 boxes ended up giving my teen and toddler spending $ at Disney World 2 weeks ago :). BTW my name is Lisa, always taken. So my ID is my daughter's first name and both our middle names :)

Wait, what??? Cereal boxes? I have Wheaties boxes with athletes. Maybe I'd better go up in the attic and take a look!

Yes full expired boxes!!!! Discontinued and seriously people love it. Kellogg's was crazy for cutting it. Look out for them!!! Yes I contacted them even to see if there was anyway to get more too, but no more production and they don't keep expired. I found 3 on my grocery store shelf a week before expiration and held a few weeks. My vintage fairy was generous ;). One seller sold over 1000 boxes. I was thrilled for my 3 :). I like to share things like that. People guard secrets with their lives and I get it. But even if one of you lives by me, chances of finding the same things are minimal. I believe you receive what you give, even in vintage luck :). I whole heartedly believe that's why I've been so lucky over the years finding true treasure.

Oh those prices are nothing. Originally there were $500 boxes when first discontinued several months before. Then people started searching, finding, listing, which dropped it down. I'm still getting emails too. Asking for more which sadly don't have.
