    Hi,
Extreme novice in identifying antique stamps.
I only know PGS is plated German Silver. Closest for the crown and fleur de lis maybe silber and fleming?
    Numbers ?The 5? Thanks all!! 20170601_063518.jpg 20170601_083817.jpg

I assume you got the PGS=Plated German Silver from this site?

    http://www.silvercollection.it/electroplatesilverNOPtre.html#PGS

"German silver" has nothing to do with Germany or a German maker. It's a generic term for a non-silver alloy (of various recipes) used as a substitute base metal for items to be plated or sometimes as a "white metal" without plating. Other terms include "alpacca" (mostly used in European countries and "blanc metal" (literally white metal) in France.

Given that the crown and fleur de lis are not uncommon in the maker's marks of other British firms, so I have no reason to believe that this is not UK production.

I didn't say it wasn't silverplated. I think it's fairly clear from the item picture you posted that the tray was plated - and whatever it was plated with has worn away (probably from many years of vigorous cleaning) in the center. I am not aware of any plating done with a "german silver" alloy. I don't even know whether it's possible to electroplate with it.
