12 inches tall with the lid. 5.5 inches in diameter. Base has substantial age wear, and there are a few carbon/ash bits here and their. Cut with berries or grapes and birds. The lid fits quite well.. Has the feel of being pretty old to me.

Any opinions on where this is from? 19th century Bohemian perhaps? Thanks for taking a look!

Very nice, 19thc for sure, not sure of origin, but I think it must be a simple pokal?

Unless the lid is engraved to match the base, I'd be suspicious that there is a sugar bowl somewhere, wondering where it's cover is.

Perhaps...the lid is engraved with a simple pattern but not leaves and birds. Otherwise the glass is same thickness/color/feel and fits about perfectly. The rim of the jar and edge of the bottom of the lid are beveled/ground in the same fashion.

At 5.5" wide, that would be a mighty big sugar bowl.
