I am not sure but possibly done by the same person although one is not signed, one signed T. Turner, the other S? Turner.
Wonder if they were painted by a total amateur or a trained artist with impressionistic style?

The landscape painting (one up from the bottom) with the boat, waterway, someone fishing, and a cottage in the background is the most appealing to my eyes. ;)

I love the landscape with the flag. The last one is appealing, too.
Where do you find all this art, kardinalisimo?
