Quilt help please ?

    I am hoping someone can give me an approximate time frame for this quilt, seems to be hand sewn but I know nothing about quilts, could be a combination machine/hand.
    I don't believe it's very old, maybe 1980's-90's ?
    Also, would this be a quatrefoil pattern with fans ?
    Approx. 84" x 64".

    The stitching tells me this is likely to be a Chinese import, one of the early ones. Some of the stitching always looked like it was done by hand, but while it outlined the decorative bits it was never "in the ditch" - i.e. directly on the seams. The backs were always plain.
