    I think they are a purse set,circa 1950s. Are they marked anywhere?

    Nope. I had the same set at some point, if in much worse condition. I'd agree with the 50s date.

    Ballpoint + pencil. So post-WWII 1950s/60s. Even if it is silver (?) I doubt it'd be worth a great deal of money.

    Someone else has a set of these posted. I had one that my Dad got in the 60s at a place where he worked that sold imported knick-knack stuff. Mine wasn't in a little case - it came with a notepaper holder and a small pad of paper. I still have the pen. There's a new looking set for sale for $14.99 that I found on Pinterest.
