Help w/ artist ID titled Schizoid

Hello!

I picked up this interesting art work, but cant seem to figure out the artist. It appears as though it is titled "Schizoid" from the receipt. I just cant figure out the names on the receipt and dont see a signature. It is professionally framed, and I would like to keep from taking it apart, if possible.

Looks like the receipt is signed Lawrence Harris to me.

 

Receipt does not seem to match piece since it is for an oil painting.

 

Thank you for the thoughts. That was the receipt taped to it when I purchased it. Thought that the oil painting part was a bit off as well. It is obviously not oil! Maybe I will have to take it apart and look and see if it is signed any where. Other wise it is just an interesting piece by an unknown artist. Looks like a lot of work and thought was put into it.
