Hi, I found this outdoor couch from the late 1940s or 1950s. It's cushions have springs inside but as you see in the photo, it is missing the left arm (right arm is pictured and the left looks the same). I don't know who made this piece but if anyone knows, it would be a big help in my search for a second arm. If you know where to get an arm like the one pictured, all the better! Thanks! It may not have had another arm if part of a sectional. Otherwise, I doubt you will ever find one. You might have better luck finding another complete piece (chair) that you could cannibalize for parts. I think this more likely 50s-60s than 40s.

can you tell from the screw holes if a second arm was ever there in the 1st place ?

yes, I know that......but do the proper ones show any use.....or does the paint cover that up .
If an arm was there...and removed .....you would think that all the screw holes would not look identical...
