Help with identification of Blue cased glass handpainted gilt and floral vase

    There isn’t any makers mark on this one but it appears to be all handpainted. I can’t find anything like it - the bohemian art glass doesn’t seem to have the white casing and this looks better quality
    Any ideas please?

    I'm going to assume the multiple white dots are reflections of lights, not cuts through the blue to a white lining. Nice piece in any case, I'm going to guess middle European, early 20th century.

    I should have put this photo on too, sorry I thought I had. The white specs are light going through to this.
