Pattern name and date?

Does anyone know the pattern name and date of this?
I am new to this, I spotted this set in my local charity shop and I literally could not walk by, so beautiful! I'd just love to know its history

 

Here is a link to info on the mark. It is by Wedgwood & Co (which is not the same maker as the more famous Wedgwood which was founded by Josiah.)

The registration number gives the date when the pattern was registered though it could have been made anytime after that date. Yours I believe was registered in 1909.

Thanks for that, I had already sourced that site but wasn't too clear what it all meant but thanks. I think I have dated it to 1955 now!
