I recently picked this plate up and am attempting to figure out the maker as well as possibly the history. Any insights are welcomed! I appreciate it.

That's gorgeous! Painted by a talented hobbyist who appears (from the inscription) to have been associated with a fraternal organization. I'm going to have to check up on the location. Tuscarawas sounds very familiar from my genealogy work so I think US. But I can't remember which state.

The 1910 date places it in a period when "china painting" was very popular.

BRT stands for Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, so this Lodge was not specifically "Masonic."

Thank you Bakersgma and evelyb30. I appreciate the help. I did not know this was a period for hobby china painting. Always great to learn something new!

That is a very reasonable assumption, Joe. I couldn't tell whether that was an A or an O.
