Hello. New to this site. Have had a pleasure exploring here! Have a question and any help would be appreciated. We picked up a very unique crystal vase with curved upper rim and have had no luck identifying it. Hoping someone can shed some light for us. Thank you!

    Hi, Rberr, and welcome!

I've embedded your photo here, to make it easier for those who can't work with thumbnails:

It looks to be a lovely vase, but I'm afraid your photo may be too small for those who might be able to ID it. Would it be possible for you to post a larger photo, and perhaps one of the bottom, as well?

    It certainly does look pretty!

p.s. Also, how big is it?

Thank you so much for your response! Took a while to figure out how to downsize photos and post them. I think I have it figured out LOL. The vase is 11 3/4" tall and weighs over 6 lbs if that helps. Unfortunately there is not a stamp of the make or anywhere that I can see. Thanks again for your reply and hope the pictures are better

Does the crystal refract the light when held in sunlight?
If so, then I think it is a newer piece. Possibly from somewhere like Yugoslavia, Slovenia, Romania

    Wait for other opinions.

I'm not sure if it refracts light. I will try and see with a laser beam? I know when we shine a light on it or sunlight it sparkles a lot and has rainbow spectrums. Thank you for your reply :)

    Rainbow spectrums = light refraction

So my guess would be that it is leaded crystal of a more recent making. 1980s onwards. From the regions I suggested above.

Again, wait for other opinions. I'm just guessing.

This one, Shannon Crystal's Bohemian, looks similar, but I can't say whether it's the same. It was made in Poland:
