Featured Chinese face reading, Physiognomy, book?

Hello, I bought this book because it interested me after having watched the Korean movie "The face reader." I'm not sure that this is a book about face reading.
The book is kind of tattered, but I have no idea of age, I brought it to two Chinese restaurants the I go to often, I was told that there was nobody there old enough to read.
I don't read Chinese, so any help would be appreciated.

I wasn't expecting anyone to translate the book, the photos were for reference only. but a translation of the first page and cover would suffice. The 3rd photo which would be the date, and also the right side of the 4th page. What does the text on the last page say, also the red seal? There are over 80 pages. TIA
