    Sure looks like a homebrew rhythm instrument for someone who knew what a tambourine sounded like but hadn't seen one.

    A sistrum... sure looks like Komo nailed it. I still say it looks like a best guess at a tambourine; the Egyptians hadn't seen one either. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
