Makers mark with superimposed S? On oriental Handpainted jug

    Hi, just another mark I’ve been unable to identify even with the help of Google! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

    Welcome, Kasia. That's a lovely jug, love the repairs, but it doesn't look Oriental to me, rather European. The others will be able to tell you more about it.

    Come to think of it probably is European given the alphabet of the makers mark :-D thanks.
