That is quite a haul you got there!! Those tend to make you forget about all the times you went to a sale & walked out with nothing.

Went to more than one of those today! I did however score at a few too. The one I went hoping would have the biggest haul was a fundraiser tag sale. Nada. Waste of gas. The next one however was stuff from the hoard of a New York Historical Society curator named Mike. Got a friend's Christmas present - a small piece from an Ives train layout; Ives was bought out by Lionel and the name retired in the early 30s. On the way home, one of the finds was a full sheet of 33 cent stamps for $2.50, with a $6.60 face value. And a sterling Parker fountain pen with a 14k nib.

Nice finds, Evelyb!! I found a few things here and there.... I went to one flea market at an old school, nuttin except binoculars for the husband, he loved them. The I went to my flea market I usually go to on Sunday, Saturday was much better. Found a lot of costume, but here is some silver and GF.
The guy let this go for $10 when he wouldn't let a costume cameo watch pendant go for less than $20.... I picked this, and it fits! Cleaned the cameo after I saw the dirt on this picture.

I hardly buy anything anymore, but I went to a rummage sale and picked up these:

There's a Heisey perfume bottle there (didn't know it until I took the photo - just thought it looked elegant). Dauber's broken... of course.
The owl is by a Canadian ceramicist named Marianne Suda. The pin tray is made in Germany, amateur painted. Again I thought the shape was elegant. The clear rhinestone pin has a Sherman-ish look to it, but it's unsigned so who cares. One of the amber colored earrings is repaired. The set has an '80s look to me. (Maybe I'll start a separate thread for those.) The remaining pin is junk.

This is an amateur painting, unsigned, 9" by 11" canvas, probably 1964 from framer's notes, maybe painted by someone named Bob Adams. Not the worst ever.

I never buy "art" like this, and it' not an antique but wanted to share - something about this called to me - and said "buy me - i'm so kitschy that I'm good." Heehee - anyhow - it's signed "Santiago" and is an acrylic on board. Behold it's over the top glory (anyone like flamingos?) :
