Hi, These were passed down to me by my grandfather. Does anyone know if they're worth anything, or were of any significance? I'm assuming they were purchased from model makers while from England. - The large wooden-backed statues are marked "Marcus Designs - Hand made in England". - The King Henry VIII Armour is marked "John Niblett and Co. Model Makers Ltd. England". - The plastic figurines are marked "Schleich Germany". I have uploaded a small album here: https://imgur.com/a/Pgf5WvS Thanks, Alex Christian soldier by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:27 PM Christian soldier wooden back by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:26 PM Christian Crusader by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:32 PM Christian soldier mounted by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:35 PM Christian soldier by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:34 PM King Henry VIII by Alex22222 posted Jul 18, 2020 at 7:28 PM
Hi Alex! Welcome to Antiquers............. I can't help in any way except to say that they look to be of nice detail and quality. Others will be along to offer opinions.
Did you try putting the maker's names into google search? I imagine that would be your best bet to get info.
the Schleich ones are rather recent and not much of a burner. https://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_nkw=schleich+ritter&_sacat=246&_sop=12
