I picked this up at a yard sale for $5 in southern Ohio. I thought it was too good of a deal to pass on. What are your thoughts on age? I am assuming that there is not a large market for something like this, thinking about turning it into a vanity for my daughter. Here are the dimensions: Height Total - 34 inches, Height to Counter - 28 1/2 inches, 18 inches Wide, 21 1/4 inches deep, 9 inch hole. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!!

I am having a hard time trying to see if there are circular saw marks or just the wood grain. Looks like someone was going for the American Classical or Empire style.

Yes, late Classical, often called Pillar & Scroll, 2nd half 19th century.
Kinda small for a vanity, no?

It is a little smaller but she is 5 so I think she will get many years of use out of it before she out grows it.
