Unknown Green Stamp

    At a guess with those crossed swords I would say Hejaz a region of Saudi Arabia near Jordan.

    If you don't find out I can email a stamp expert with the pic.

    It's from one of the Indian states...I think Hyderabad, 1912 issue, but I'm not super familiar with stamps of that area.

    I did find a piece of scrap paper in the book that had the stamp and it is marked, "1908-1911 Holkar of India 1/2 Anna 3 cent green." However, I did a bit more research, and it appears to be as you stated: a 1912 from Hyderabad (with the black SAKARI overprint). Thanks!
