Featured Hat pins and stand

Are these items vintage?

I've never seen a holder like that. Usually they're ceramic or celluloid
I'd say yes, vintage, perhaps antique. I know @kyratango collects hat pins...

 

I have seen the stands like that in silver or silver plated. The most interesting hatpin is the insect one.

 

Which our bug lady kyra would like. The red birdie (cardinal?) is also very cute and unusual.

 

Nice find! The stand is beginning of 20th century, so it is a true antique
For the hatpins, the first on left, and perhaps the dragonfly (need crisp pics of it and its back!) are genuine hatpins.
The beads are some beads and spacers put together on a needle... Purely decorative, recent, not intended to be used. The cardinal bird also is a marriage, non functional to be pulled several times a day! don’t forget genuine hatpins had to hold and secure a hat to your head, pinned in pair through the bun...
