Featured Glass EAPG? Spooner or Drinking Glass?

    Hi,
    I picked this little piece up, stands 3 1/2"H. Would this be EAPG? Is it a drinking glass or maybe a spooner?
    Any information appreciated.

    it looks toooo....ummm...over the top for a drinking glass......to ornate..
    pretty though !!!

    it's a tumbler; U.S. Glass #15060 Vermont c1899, custard glass with enameled décor

    U. S. Glass Co. eventually categorized Vermont as "Packers Ware." must not have been able to sell it. Some colors not seen in other wares are found in this pattern, for instance an opaque gray. Hard to understand.
