    Hi,

I purchased a set of glasses at a garage sale about 15 years ago, and was told by my acquaintance that these were originally purchased in Germany. They are 8 3/4 inches tall, and 2 inches across at the rim. The stem is 8 sided, and the frosted look extends about an inch down the stem. Is anyone able to identify the creator of this stemware?

    Looks like a champagne flute?

They do and I ought to know the maker. Waltherglas I think.

It is definitely a champagne flute. I've spent hours searching the web for similar flutes and gotten nowhere. Does Waltherglas have a comprehensive guide of past patterns somewhere?

PS- Closest I found was Mikasa Val D'Isere pattern.
