    I'm sure you would be able to tell, old Khatam normally has a huge price tag, I have been very lucky when buying my bits, the large Khatam cabinet I got for a song :) these regally go for £1000's. 32.jpg

    I was, it went though 10 days of ebay, listed it the right category (antiques, boxes) without a bid :)

    Modern Khatam is still a wonder but they use electric saws and it's not so many micro mosaics PSI as old Khatam is almost impossible to reproduce, this is a vid of them making it today, part two will come up on the left ....
