Help with Signature - Old Parrot Paintings on Board

    I found these two beautiful old parrot paintings. They are painted on a board and the frames are wood. Not sure of the age, but look to be fairly old. Can anyone make out the signature?     There’s a Catherine Kline a painter who painted parrots. Sorry, just had a search and the signature doesn’t match though and sometimes it’s spelled Klein. The surface looks a bit granular, is it oil paint or maybe some sort of print on a bumpy surface?

    Signature looks like CK Pine, although you'd think there should be a second period (full stop) after the K that isn't there.

    20s or 30s would be my WAG.

    I too would go with C Kline......That's at 4X.....nice vintage parrots....sorry, Macaws!!

    Agree re dates. Decorative. They would have come out of a furniture store.

    They are painted, but on a textured board. The signature looks similar to C.Klein's, but not the same. Strange because some of the parrot designs on C.Kleins postcards look the same as the parrots.
