I recently purchased a little dish and was intrigued by its design as it reminded me a little of Jingdezhen style plates. Although not for one minute do I believe that there is any link, I would like to know if anyone can shed any light on the mark which I never seen before. Thanks

The ladies are wearing kimonos. I would guess Japanese first.

I have not heard of that "style."

It is easy to get confused with those wrap-around dresses, but these ladies are wearing traditional Hanfu dress, Chinese.;)
I haven't either, All the mainstream Chinese styles were manufactured in Jingdezhen, and they still are.
This is a very recent plate with a traditional theme, transfer printed. The mark is not a porcelain mark, but a signature chop mark of the artist who did the original painting, which could have been on silk.
