Pencil signed old engraving

This engraving is pencil titled dated and signed. What park is this and what does it say, also ho is this artist, is the first name Herald ?

Berzelii park is in Stockholm.
The statue is Jöns Jacob Berzelius, a chemist.

The place looks a alot shaggier in your print than the current photos, but I do think it's the same place.

From what I can see, it reads "To Ragnar Hoppe on his 50 anniversary".....not sure if it says anything after that. I see his name and the year.
