Greetings! I’m reaching out for help Information regarding a porcelain plate I have. It’s been handing down in my family for generations. When I search for the makers mark, I can’t really find any pieces with the portrait in the plate. Any information would be helpful.
also any info or relevance to this tea cup and saucer???

Greetings, PT megan. I'm afraid we can't help a lot with such small pictures of the plate. The limit of 1 MB shouldn't be a problem.

Hi @PT megan, and WELCOME to ANTIQUERS!! I see two things going on....the mark with the shielded two headed eagle (?) and saying HABSBURG, CMIN or CHIN with the A maybe missing....then AUSTRIA below; then in the lower right, with that corner inverted, some numbers are showing up....which I can't help with but I think others may be able to.....

Thanks Anti!! I often don't feel it does a lot of good....NOT being a Pro, I can't see investing MEGA-bucks into other VERY FANCY programs.....Adobe Photoshop was my 'Biggie' and have added other enhancements, but they're not always satisfactory......to ME!!!!

Adobe Photoshop IS A BIGGIE IN MY BOOK! I only had a pirated copy for mac decades ago, no longer have anything that works easily or well. Nevermind the "bridge" would blow out if too many photos loaded, I could DO STUFF with that!

Thank you for helping with these identifications. (((HUGS)))

Believe me when I say that over the years, I have come NOWHERE NEAR to conquering SO MUCH OF what Photoshop entails!!!!:happy::happy::happy: (But it's still fun trying!!!!)

DITTO THAT! I can't wait to get back into it again, now that I can afford to buy the program, but my mac is dying a slow death now! haha! I wonder if photoshop is made in a WindowsPC version? I'm gonna check. I don't think I'm going to use Apple again for my next computer.. not sure but they cost way too much for what they have evolved into! Just my own opinion, I've had some through the years..

Oh I've ALWAYS been on a PC- now Windows 10, BUT know that you can no longer OWN Photoshop....it's Subscription only now!!! (UNLESS you can find one for sale on AMAZON!! I think my version is the last year you could buy it) My version is I think 2012 Photoshop CS6 - Version 13.....with some later updates.........and I have no intention of paying whatever per month....for something that's gotten pretty much ahead of me!!! BUT if I do run into trouble, Colin Smith, who is one of the Gurus ON KelbyOne, also runs tutorials on https://photoshopcafe.com/3-easy-wa...249418117&mc_cid=ad92134ba8&mc_eid=43f2bb05ec (for example) and I think independently....many are FREE tutorials on YOUTUBE.....VERY helpful!!!!
EDIT: KelbyOne.com is a membership program.....gives you monthly magazine with tons of Photoshop info (HA..and ADS!)...Digital only now! It's either $99. or $119./year.....I just cancelled my membership.....I figure I have tons of magazines!!!

@antidiem, just a follow-up.....I think my Photoshop version 2016....not 2012.....PS-CS6, and I did hear somewhere, that if you can contact Adobe....that you CAN actually still buy that older version....(unless of course you WANT the monthly subscription) .....BUT that they will give you a hard time and try like the devil to sign you up!!! When I bought mine, it was about $600. IF I REMEMBER correctly!!! IF you sign up for the subscription, I'm not sure, but LIGHTROOM "MAY" come with it, AND I didn't/don't want to learn ANOTHER program, but am SO NOT SURE about that.....you'd really have to pick their brains on all that!!!! I think you'll do your research!!! I've NEVER owned a MAC, so it's all good on a PC!!! Good Luck!!!:):):)
