    The frame is probably worth the $15.00. Paintings without signatures are not generally good investments. Buy them if you like them and want them for your wall. Otherwise, buy them if you can at least double your money on them. Preferably, if you can triple it. Would you be able to find someone who would pay you $30.00-45.00 for this? I would not be able to find that person easily in my market.
